EggHeads charge a flat rate of £40 per hour, whether they are undertaking research or meeting with you face to face. The only exception to this might be special rates for promotions or specific activities where it is hard for the EggHead to provide an accurate quote.

For example, it is hard to guess how long it might take to clean a machine of viruses, so your EggHead may offer you a fixed price instead of charging for every hour spent.
